Spinal Manipulation

Diversified Manual Technique

This technique uses quick thrusts are applied to the spine in order to correct joint dysfunction. It is typically characterized by audible clicks as pressure is released within the movable spinal segments.

Flexion-Distraction Technique

This technique uses a special chiropractic table where the lower half is designed to move in multiple directions. As you lay on the table, your spinal segments are gently contacted and the table is moved in the opposite direction causing distraction of the joint surfaces and intervertebral discs. This technique is particularly effective for disc herniation and chronic disc degeneration.

 Drop Technique

This technique involves a lever system in specialized chiropractic tables that has multiple drop sections on the table with a set tension. As a thrust is applied to the spine, the drop section is released which helps assist the adjustment.
